Back to Work, and Other Olde Fashioned Updates

After the few months "break" following the release of Lazerman #6 (and by "break" I mean not spending EVERY night in my brother's place, not sleeping, drawing until my eyes go crossed) we are, once again, in full-on comcs-makin' mode. Which means...spending more and more nights...in my brother's place...not sleeping....drawing...

Caffeene and sugar, don't fail me now...

So, keeping in the "work until Chris has no blood left" spirit of things, I thought I'd give everyone a little "where we stand" on the various projects we are working on during the con-break:

Lazerman #7

Lazerman #7: We've begun pencils, and I'm currently working on one of the major sets in Sketchup. This is the final Chapter in the Night of The Necrolord story arc started in issue 5. We're looking at a Q4 2011 release.

Lazerman Four Pagers: We are also putting together a series of short, 4 Page Lazerman strories using various artists (some new, some familiar). All finished scripts are currently with the artists.


Hardcore and Lethal, Part 2: Currently with the colorist, and will be returning weekly once the story is ready to go. We're also looking at releasing volume one in some collected form. Stay tuned.


Vindication #4

Vindication #4: Inks are completed, now in flatting/coloring. A new story arc starrts here, Will be released Q1 2012

Vindication #5: Mid pencils/inks. On schedule for a mid 2012 release.

Surge 4 Pager: Surge 4 pager, currently being written. The artist is patiently awaiting the script.

Un-announced Project #1: (No, thats NOT the actual name) The first issue is completely inked, mid-colors.

Un-Announced Project #2: Mid pencils/inks.


OTHER Un-Announced Project #1: First draft turned in, currently in Script revisions. A pheanominal script, by the way....currently assembling creative team.



So as you can see...we've been busy. And we're also ambitious as well. So for anyone who might have been concerned that we've had too much free time on our hands lately, never fear!

Of course we have some things brewing on the production side as well, including a major announcement that will have to wait untill we get the contracts worked out. Here's a hint: getting a copy of one of our comics is going to become a whole lot easier. As for when this blog is going to be integrated with our website....welll...

Let's just say: We're working on it.
